PERSONAL

7/92 – 11/96 Upon graduation, I chose to travel throughout Eastern and Western Europe, the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii ), Korea , Thailand , Brazil and Mexico for 4.5yrs. I traveled with a backpack, primarily picking up odd-jobs throughout. While working as a chef, I had the honor of working under chef Jacqueline Lau while at Roy Yamaguchi's restaurant, Nicolina's, in Maui, HI. Ultimately, I was cooking and teaching skiing in Lake Tahoe before moving to San Francisco . I felt ready to actively further my business career leveraging the myriad of experiences, insights and abundance of patience that come from travel. This pushed me to San Francisco and Investment Banking, the quickest and most productive route (I found) to launching a business development and marketing career, which is my passion in life – creatively thinking and executing upon business value creation strategies.

•  Love everything to do with technology – very hands on, building PCs, wireless and wired networks, and tinkering with multiple communications standards

•  Proficient in French and speak remedial Spanish (in the process of taking more Spanish classes at Ber kel ey ).

•  An avid follower of geo-political events and even more fervent after Sept.11 and subsequent actions.

•  While in Brazil for Carnival, I was kidnapped for 5hrs with my brother (talk about thinking under pressure)

•  I am certified PADI SCUBA diving and PSIA ski instructor.

•  Love to play golf, tennis, sail, swim, hike, skydive and rock-climb.
